not entirely broken

thank goodness for ice packs

my back is getting better, but i feel like a slug

i spent the better part of the day watching 30 rock episodes online
and i think i drank my volume in coke zero

i did go for a walk with a neighbor who has a slipped disk,
it was nice to share a hobble with a friend

and a friend dropped by with a heating pad

back to work tomorrow
staying home isn't fun when you're actually sick/wounded
